Discovering my bowel cancer had metastasised to the liver was dreadful news and a very poor prognosis. Following a period of chemotherapy the oncology team introduced me to Mr De’Liguori Carino who felt there was a window of opportunity to carry out surgery. He listened to me and gave me a balanced view of what could happen and his experience and knowledge gave me the confidence to proceed.
I found Mr De Liguori Carino very approachable, caring and attentive right from the initial consultation and throughout he explained everything in a straight forward and very understandable way.
