From the initial consultation, to the day of the procedure and the final check up I always felt I had made the right choice with Mr Nicholas Stylianides as my surgeon. He took time initially not only to explain the diagnosis and what needed to be done but also to listen to any questions or concerns. On the day of the operation his calm manner when he came to see me and explain what was going to happen on the day helped provide the reassurance I needed and made the day very relaxing. This was my first experience of surgery and feel very fortunate that it was in a Spire Hospital with Mr Stylianides, it has set a high benchmark for any operation I may have in the future.
