He has to be one of the nicest doctors I've met, just such a lovely man. I was terrified about having a colonoscopy and he put me at ease from the moment I met him. If I ever need anything again of that nature I will absolutely see him again, I've even recommended him to my family and friends.
I must convey a special thank you to his secretary Emma! She must have answered about 100 of my questions :) I was thoroughly impressed with her knowledge, such a lovely girl.
