Dr Nick has been fantastic from the start to the finish of my problem.
Problems with the rear end are often embarassing. From the very beginning Nick made me feel at ease. He explained the issue and answered all of my many questions with calm and patience.
He then explained the treatment and why he would have to do what he was going to do. It was all simply and clearly laid out and he also didn't sugarcoat the recovery. That helps prepare as you aren't surprised by what happened.
His care was exemplary and I can only say from my personal experience that he is a superb surgeon. Follow up care was also excellent. Nick makes you feel that he is genuinely interested in your wellbeing and all done with a calming demeanour.
I can't recommend him high enough. I wouldn't want anybody else to work on me should I need further treatment in the future.
