I rang Neil Roberts out of the blue as I was considering using him for my fathers triple bypass surgery. He phoned me back very quickly and gave me as much time as I needed to understand my options, what I should ask the NHS team treating my father and how to proceed. At no time was a rushed or pushed to use him. He was a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend Neil.
