Mr Jacobs was friendly, caring and understanding from day 1. He listened to my military background and my worries. Mr Jacobs took the time to show me research, give me a full understanding of the surgey he was going to do for me. All the way through he answered my questions including the aftercare. I am very grateful i met Mr Jacobs and he carried out the Surgery, he went above and beyond just carrying out the surgery and I'm very grateful The military should seek advice more from people like Mr Jacobs Thank you
