I was admitted as a day case for an operation on my foot. Prior to my operation Mr Jacobs very courteously introduced himself to me and took the time to explain the procedure he would be performing that day.
After my operation and whilst recovering in the Day Care Ward Mr Jacobs continued the process of care by informing me personally how the operation went and to answer any questions/concerns I may have.
I found the whole process from my first consultation to the follow up post op appointment, excellent. The whole process and every NHS staff member I encountered from Receptionists, Ward Nurses, Theatre Team, Anaesthetist were first class, kind, considerate and efficient. I was very impressed. A resounding "well done" and "thank you" to all.
