Mr Jacobs operated on my hallux valgus (bunion) and I am so impressed with my sound postoperative recovery because he managed my care so well. I now have a beautifully realigned foot and I feel so pleased to have had such minimally invasive keyhole surgery. Mr Jacobs is a personable and approachable doctor. He explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease throughout the process. He emphasised that he was always available if I was worried about anything. I found this most reassuring and as a result I felt confident and engaged with the healing process. Many thanks.
