I was seen by Mr Jacobs on 10th March at the Royal South Hants. He introduced himself immediately and put me at my ease. He looked at my x-rays and explained them to me allowing me time to ask questions.
He explained how I could expect to progress and let me know whether or not I would be needing another appointment.
Mr Jacobs showed that he had a kind and caring nature.
