I saw Mr Jacobs regarding an ongoing problem with my ankle which was injured many years previously. He was welcoming and listened to the concerns I have regarding it`s long term management.
Mr Jacobs informed me of a procedure he could offer me. As it was a procedure I had not heard of before he explained it well and has not rushed me in to making a decision.
