Mr Atwal is a true professional, from the initial consultation, on the day of surgery, and through to the aftercare provided. He listened to my concerns and fully addressed the questions I had regarding the surgical procedure. On the day of surgery, Mr Atwal completed his pre op checks with me early in the morning, fully explaining the procedure again and answered a few additional questions I had, whilst helping to reassure his anxious patient. During recovery, I required additional pain medication and he was available immediately over the phone when the nurses tried to contact him. He returned post op to provide an update on the successful surgery and explain next steps with rehab. Mr Atwal is extremely efficient, perhaps sometimes a little too efficient, however the level of service he provides is outstanding. He is a great communicator and I would certainly recommend him to anyone else.
