Mr Verghese was very professional which gave me confidence in him, he was also friendly and warm in his manner and I felt able to ask him questions. I had a very positive experience overall and found the whole Team very caring and professional. I was very nervous prior to the surgery but was less so once I had met with Mr Verghese and the rest of the Team.
The only negative experience I had was the arrival of the Practice nurse from my GP surgery who was upset that I had no "aftercare care plan" from the ward and was abrupt and not all that gentle when taking out the staples.
