Mr Verghese explained to me at the time, precisely what the procedure would involve, including what other options were available, and what the possible outcomes could be if I went ahead with the op. He was very clear about the possible, but unlikely risks involved, however the clear way everything was explained gave me the confidence to go ahead.
The follow up conversation that we had last week assured me that my recovery was proceeding well, and Mr Verghese confirmed that I could contact him, should I have any future concerns.
All in all, I cannot fault the service that I have received.
