Dear Mr Rath,
I have just watched my operation on Trauma Room One which yourself and your team performed on me. Your engineering skills on the human body are mind boggling, to say the least. The surgery that followed to remove the tumour, left me in awe. My family and I would like to thank you and your team for saving my life. I am now completely free of any pain and feel 20 years younger.
