You can be totally confident if Mr Francis is treating you.
I was lucky enough to be operated on by him this weekend and could not wish to have had better, kinder, more considerate, more professional care.
I"m a doctor myself and have seen many, many surgeons. Few reach the standards of Mr Francis and his team.
He makes you feel fully involved, but I was equally happy to take his advice and trust his experience and judgement.
My case was simple, but I now know who I would choose to treat me if I needed a more serious operation.
