Mr El-Deen completed surgery for a hip replacement after an extended failure to diagnose my condition through the system. I found his competency, communicative and caring attention for my condition ‘very’ reassuring. Having completed some initial inquiry on who I wanted to operate I found his qualifications, research and experience very solid. I feel the decision was well founded 10 weeks post operation. My operation was my first, so levels of anxiety were heightened.
