I met Mr Naseem when having a prostate biopsy at Furness General Hospital and subsequently for my results at Lancaster Royal Infirmary. He explained actions clearly and carefully which gave me confidence. I am most grateful to him and the teams that support him at the two hospitals. If I may make a suggestion: As a layperson I am not familiar with the acronyms used in the medical profession! The subsequent letter from Mr Naseem contained several. It would be helpful if Mr Naseem's secretary in typing the follow-up letter would spell out the expressions in full first time they are used. I am still trying to work out what CNS is! Thank you.
