Met Mr Muhammed Naseem last week at LRI to discuss my potential enlarged prostate/raised PSA. He took my history, symptoms, in detail, entering all onto computer as we spoke. He then told me that my more recent blood test showed a lowered PSA, so discussed possible options for the future, future blood tests/ MRI scan/ biopsy etc. He then very swiftly checked my prostate, confirmed enlarged, discussed lifestyle changes, arranged for a follow up blood test. He was very patient, not rushed, listened attentively, discussed very clearly everything slowly with me, ensuring I understood.
