Mr Masood has been an excellent consultant. He talked me through all the surgery options, including the risks and potential side effects. He listens really well and allowed me to ask all my questions and discuss my concerns The surgery itself went really well and the follow up appointments have provided me with much appreciated reassurance that I'm recovering well. Mr Masood's secretary, Faye, has been amazing. She has helped me with all my delicate questions and helped me organise the practical side of being off work for an extended period. I really cannot recommend Mr Masood enough.
