Mr Masood ensured that I fully understood my surgical procedure without rushing through any worries that I had. He was very reassuring in the operating theatre and kept my mind occupied by chatting to me prior to surgery being carried out. I felt comfortable and confident that I was in very safe hands . At the post operative appointment he was very gentle with my internal examination which was much appreciated. Following this examination he fully answered all my questions ensuring that I understood everything that had happened during surgery. He also advised me on aftercare and the way forward. I don’t think that there is anything that would improve my experience as Mr Masood was so thorough in everything that he said or did. Excellent.
