Mr Masood has a friendly and helpful manner. He gave careful and thorough explanations of the reasons for my symptoms and the procedures and was happy to answer all of my questions. I felt reassured and comfortable. My procedure went well I had no problems afterwards, all in all, despite having to undergo surgery it was a good experience. My only suggestion for improvement is that the nurse did not offer much in the way of advice regarding aftercare, for example, I was not made aware of if my stitches were dissolving or would need to be removed until the copy of letter sent to my GP arrived.
