Mr Masood was the first consultant who properly listened to me and took the time to think about why my type of cyst could be causing pain and didn't just fob me off as it must be something else unrelated. I really felt listened to.
I was able to have my operation within a month and recovery was completely straight forward.
Mr Masood prompted me with ideas for questions I may not have thought of before my operation and during my follow up and fully answered all of my other questions clearly and without judgement. My pain has now gone and I am extremely thankful for his skills and kind bedside manner.
