Travelled from Newcastle upon Tyne for my procedure following reading good reviews. Mr Masood was helpful right from booking the initial consultation answering questions via the phone whenever needed. Timekeeping was good , he listened thoroughly to myself and my husband and gave us the exact results we asked for. I felt comfortable throughout the procedure and recovery process was thoroughly explained by Mr Masood. I was never in pain and he checked throughout the procedure to ensure I was comfortable.
