Mr Al-Rashedy adopted a very professional manor throughout the time our elderly mum was in his care.
He communicated with me at all levels whilst working within Covid 19 restrictions. He took the time to call me personally and fully explain what surgery was required for mum and what the recuperation would be like. We were very grateful for this.
The six week check up was brought forward one week early which cheered mum up greatly.
