I was totally unprepared for the wonderful service I received from Mr Shahid and his team due to all the adverse report about Worcester Royal. Having fallen when walking my dog my wrist was broken so when I went to the trauma clinic I was just expecting to have a plaster cast fitted, wrong, I was told surgery was needed to fit a plate and it was going to be done that day. Shock horror could not believe it, yes I had to wait for a bed to be found but found it was and the surgery was performed that very afternoon and I went home the next day. After about two weeks went for a follow up appointment, more x-rays and stitches removed, operation successful and now in a splint for about six week and going to have phisio. My husband and I where due to go on holiday a couple of weeks after the accident so we had to cancel and Mr Shahid has already sent me a letter to give to our insurance. So I am on the road to recovery all thanks to Mr Shadid and his team and I cannot thank them enough for the speed and kindness they have all shown me. All I have heard from the media is how bad Worcestershire Royal is performing but my experience has been the total opposite. Once again thank you so much and keep up all the good work Mr Shadid and your team are doing.
