I recently had a total knee replacement carried out at the Alexandra Hospital in Redditch. Mr Shahid was from the outset very caring and reassuring He was courteous and professional throughout the entire process. I was kept fully informed about what to expect regarding recovery and the eventual outcome. The operation went perfectly. He did an excellent job and I cannot recommend him highly enough. The outcome is so much better than I had hoped or thought; Mr Shahid erred on the side of caution, promising that the ever-present arthritic pain would be gone and after only a few weeks I would be virtually pain free. I can't thank him enough for giving me my life back. A huge thank-you also to his team, and the staff at the Alexandra Hospital, who were friendly, professional and did everything in their power to assist in my recovery.
