Mr. Shahid took me on after a lengthy wait on the list, and I was extremely grateful that he did. He was courteous and professional throughout the entire process, and kept me fully informed. The operation went perfectly and I cannot say how much it has improved my quality of life. He did an excellent job and I cannot recommend him highly enough, the same goes for his team, and the staff at The Alexandra Hospital in Redditch who did everything in their power to assist in my recovery.
