Mr Bittar replaced my aortic valve and part of my aorta. I can attest that everything that the other positive reviews say is true. I particularly appreciated these:
* How he explained what could be done, what would be done and why. He related the explanations and possibilities to my actual life circumstances. The answers to your questions will be directly relevant to your situation and based on the up-to-the-minute state of the art.
* The personal interest that he showed immediately after the operation whilst I was still in hospital. Mr Bittar will personally be visiting and checking you whilst you are in hospital.
* Dealing with the rest of his team was also straightforward and reassuring. You also get to talk to his registrar and the anaesthetist before the operation.
