Mr Bittar is a highly skilled Surgeon I had a triple heart bypass at Blackpool Victoria and Mr Bittar and his dedicated team are all highly skilled professional and caring I have made a full recovery and have been treated with upmost respect and cannot praise the Cardiac Unit at Blackpool Victoria enough
