I had an aortic valve replacement on 22 February 2022 and have nothing but admiration for Professor Bittar and teams on icu and ward 39. I’m an older lady of 77 years but was treated with respect and care from everyone. Without the Professor I feel I would be facing a much less active future. A wonderful surgeon backed up caring staff.
