Mr. Bittar performed double by-pass surgery on me. I felt in good hands as the nurses and the hospital staff told me how highly they regarded him. Mr Bittar has a calm, good-humored manner and I felt reassured on meeting him as he explained what was going to happen clearly and with great patience. Following my operation, Mr Bittar visited me on the ward to check on my progress and to answer questions. At our meeting at the Outpatients' Department some weeks later, I again appreciated Mr Bittar's patience as he responded to all my questions. I feel that I am now making a good recovery and I will always be grateful for Mr Bittar's skill, care and professional expertise.
