I was referred to BVH for lung surgery and Professor Bhittar was my consultant.
He explained the procedure and aftercare in a calming, caring manner, which helped process my fears.
Prof headed an exceptional team of thoracic surgeons who I believe saved my life , hopefully.
I owe you so much, thank you.
Would highly recommend and trust this man again and to anybody needing reassurance with future surgery and care.
Also the anaesthetic team , theatre staff, intensive care, wd 38, Bernie the lung nurse and secretaries who contacted me.
Thankyou again to you all.
All this experience headed by Prof Bhittar helped my quick recovery.
