Dr Banwell was very caring and informative. He answered all of my questions before having my surgical procedure and I felt in very safe hands. After my procedure, he contacted my family to tell them about the surgery and I cannot think of any suggestions to improve the experience. After my surgery, I experienced a post operative complication (split stitches). Dr Banwell saw me on the same day at a local hospital and fixed this under LA at no additional cost, saving a trip to a&e. Overall I have no complaints or criticisms and very happy with the results. In the future if I need to have another procedure privately, I shall be contacting Dr Banwell.
