From the first consultation Mr Banwell listened and took time to understand what I wanted to achieve. He explained the whole process in non-medical terms so that I fully understood what was being suggested.
Post procedure care and support was exemplary and I had no concerns about the process.
I can’t rate Mr Banwell and his team highly enough for their care and attention.
