Just very recently towards the end of August i had septorhinoplasty at Weymouth Street hospital, London performed by Mr Miles Banwell assisted by his excellent team. I cannot emphasise strongly enough that from the initial consultation with him to the conclusion of the procedure, Mr Banwell has been superb. He took his time to explain to me in detail all aspects of the procedure and to fully reassure me and deal with any questions and concerns i had in order that i could make a fully informed decision on my way forward. I was never put under any pressure and was left to make my own decision to go ahead within my own time frame. On the day of my surgery, i was obviously apprehensive but Mr Banwell put me fully at ease, and introduced me to his team who were equally professional and reassuring. In the days following the operation, the aftercare i received from Mr Banwell was second to none. He rang me everyday to enquire how i was and to deal with any questions. There was also additional calls leading up to the surgery and also after surgery from Mo, his Personal Assistant again to enquire as to my recovery and to deal with any questions i had. I cannot praise Mr Banwell highly enough. His medical skills, professionalism and expertise as a surgeon are exceptional. I would certainly recommend anyone considering surgery to go to Mr Banwell for their first choice.
