Mr Thomas has always been ,professional ,friendly,kind and helpful when I had appointments with him .
He is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me step by step through this " journey" by explaining what would happen at each stage .
I'd also like to say he and the nurses working with them have shown digigence and dedication which has helped during this time .
