On the two occasions I had meetings with Mr Thomas, one to explain the findings of a CT Cologram, the surgical procedures that would take place, the second, to explain how the procedure went. On both occasions, I/we found Mr Thomas very pleasant, professional, informative, caring and comforting. All questions were answered satisfactorily, in terms we were able to understand.
Looking back, I can't think of any areas which require improvement. Bearing the sad news of the findings and the successful outcome, all very good on Mr Thomas's behalf.
