Had to have a Flexible Cystoscopy procedure today, that to be honest I was not looking forward too, but Michael put my mind at ease straight away, he talked to me as he performed the procedure each step of the way and it was all over with quickly and painlessly.
If you are lucky enough to have Michael treat you be assured your in safe hands.
