I attended a video consultation on 24th December with Mr Barrett and found him to be very professional, helpful and empathetic.
He provided a useful overview of my treatment plan, what to expect over the coming months and timelines which I found incredibly helpful. I really did not need to ask any questions as Mr Barrett had covered all relevant material. In my event, he provided contact details for his secretary should I need to revert.
I am very pleased with the consultation and the way Mr Barrett handled the call as I felt that I did not miss anything by not having an in person consultation. And I felt confident about my treatment plan.
