I recently decided I needed specialist advice for constipation and came into contact with Mazin. I was immediately put at ease examined and given an opinion for an endoscopy. At the treatment I was immediately put at ease by him and the rest of the team, and the procedure was accomplished with no discomfort, probably because we were laughing through most of it. I was contacted a few days later and told all was in order but there were traces of diverticulosis. Mazin made suggestions to my diet and to drink lots of water. These recommendations have been successful. At a more recent date we met and the whole procedure was gone through and the illustrations carefully and professionally explained. As a very concerned octogenarian before the whole experience I can only thank Mazin for his kindness, and the professional way the whole procedure and consultations were dealt with.
