Mr Horwitz wears his profound clinical expertise lightly. He communicates clearly and warmly what is happening, and what needs to be done. Some years ago he successfully resolved a tricky carpal tunnel problem for me - a second operation after the first (not carried out by him), which had impeccably followed all the correct procedures but which my stubborn hand had refused to accept! Now I have trigger finger and he has embarked me upon a carefully modulated course of treatment to fix it. I really cannot recommend Mt Horwitz too highly. It would be just impossible.
