Mr. Trotter listens to his patients and more importantly understands how devastating and debilitating loss of hearing is and the impact on every day life.
Mr. Trotter is very honest and upfront about any procedures, discomfort and likely outcomes.
I have been particularly impressed with his insertion of a T-Tube in the ear which was carried out under local anaesthetic.
In my opinion I have not found anything other than great care from Mr. Trotter and as a layman, I fail to understand how he could improve but I am sure Mr. Trotter will find a way.
