He is friendly and listens to what you have to say
When I got upset, he gave me time and also spoke to me about why I was upset
Even after all the tests were done and they were fine, he checked with me to see if there was anything he could help with further and he reassured me that what I am experiencing will ease in time
But if I had any concerns I was to go back to him
