Could not be happier with the care received for my son. Surgery was arranged at suitable time, everything was explained and then aftercare was excellent. No problem scheduling an extra appointment really quickly when I thought something was wrong and was panicking. All was fine in the end but to get this extra reassurance meant a lot to me. No complications, no issues. Over 5 year long journey with my son to sort out his hearing problems ended now. All in well and my son is catching up at school, can swim and dive and regained his confidence.
Easy contact via Mr trotter's secretary, appointments are always on time and Mr Trotter takes the time to explain everything and listen to our concerns.
