He made a bond with our child, and took time to make sure both she and we were comfortable with the issue and how to resolve it. He is knowledgeable and took time to explain to us what was happening, yet concise and clear. On the day of the operation is was kind and reassuring.
Now the issue is resolved better than we could have hoped for.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - a credit to his profession.
