Mr Trotter was very pleasant, listened to me, checked my ears etc, put me at ease and offered advice on my first visit before referring me for Vestibular Physiotherapy, an MRI scan and a hearing test. He gave me confidence in both himself and that he would be able to help with my balance which was very bad and this was very important to me. He kept me informed of the results of the MRI scan. On my follow up appointment following my Physiotherapy sessions he greeted me as if he really remembered me and seemed as pleased as I was that the Physiotherapy had worked and that I felt so much better in myself as well as my balance being so much improved. He explained clearly that the symptoms could come back if I was “ under the weather” with a cold, cough etc etc in which case he told me to start the exercises again but if I was concerned at any time I could make an appointment to see him again.
