What a kind doctor.
He explained everything to my daughter (10yrs old) in age appropriate language and then to my husband and I.
He answered all our concerns with patience, professionalism and above all kindness.
He came back to the ward following the operation to check on our daughter and to explain how the operation went.
He made our daughter feel at ease as she was very nervous.
We really can’t thank him enough.
