After waiting quite a while on the nhs waiting list to see Mr Trotter, things started moving very quickly when I was seen by his team. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I felt listened to, my needs were met, everything was explained including other options and expectations and I felt completely confident in going forward with surgery. My surgery date came through very quickly, I saw Mr Trotter before the surgery who once again explained everything including after care and expectations. Following the surgery Mr Trotter checked on me 3 times before I was discharged. I have since had a follow up to check the healing and will have another in 6 weeks.
I would most definitely recommend Mr Trotter, I’m so happy with my current healing and improvement in my hearing and the care I have received.
