Very positive and upbeat, put me at ease at once. He had looked down my throat before I had hardly registered what he was doing...... This was excellent as I was very nervous. He was very reassuring and made me feel I could trust what he said, referred me to a speech therapist, and in no time I was on my way to recovery.
I chose Mr Trotter from a list of four specialists my GP gave me as I liked his web profile, and his charming smile so chose to see him. I had also decided that it might be a good idea to try younger, more recently qualified medical help following a post op complication not notified to me by my 'mature' cardio thoracic surgeon. Mr Trotter is very good at talking to me not at me.
