Mr Trotter saw my three year old daughter who had enlarged tonsils and had been choking when eating a consequence, She was also struggling with her hearing. Mr Trotter engaged very well with her and explained everything very clearly to myself and my husband. We attended three appointments with Mr Trotter and my daughter had several hearing tests. Her hearing improved over time and her tonsils reduced in size as Mr Trotter predicted. A year down the line, the end result was unnecessary surgery wasn't carried out and my 4 year old daughter was signed off a happy little girl looking forward to going to school!
